How this is measured

Wholegood target = the Annual Sales Target in the 2027 agreement (net wholegood orders). Parts target is Horizon's own figure — the terms carry none. Labour and travel rates are what Horizon pays that dealer on warranty claims (blank = the default on the Management page). "Group of" points an account at the account it is measured with (the five APH companies point at C13240). Financed machines are credited to the dealer in the machine register. Levels: Primary 32% flat · Premier 32% + 2% + 2% + 2.5% FOP · Importer 33% + 2% + 3% + 2.5% FOP.
